MAPKAPK2 (Phospho-Thr222)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Cell-Based ELISA Kit built around an indirect ELISA format that captures phosphorylated MAPKAPK2 at Thr222 with target-specific primary antibodies and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric reaction at 450 nm upon substrate addition. The assay is lysate-free and intended for adherent cells, enabling measurement of relative MAPKAPK2 phosphorylation and expression in cultured cells as well as screening of various treatments, inhibitors and activators.

Reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. Normalisation is addressed in two ways: a monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for the target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is recommended for determining cell density so that absorbance can be adjusted for plating differences.
