MAP4K6 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this in-cell ELISA provides qualitative detection of MAP4K6 in cell lysates and tissue samples using a 96-well microplate format. The colorimetric assay is read at 450 nm with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is reactive with human and mouse samples. It is intended for use with adherent cells and offers a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow based on an indirect ELISA format, in which MAP4K6-specific primary antibodies are detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies.

An anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to account for cell density. The kit is stored at 4°C with a stability of 6 Months.
