MAP3KL4 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides a colorimetric method for detecting MAP3KL4 protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which MAP3KL4-specific primary antibodies capture the target, while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody. Upon substrate addition, the conjugated HRP enzyme catalyses a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with Human samples, is intended for use with adherent cells, and offers a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells in a 96-Well Microplate format.
