Mannose (MN) ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the precise quantification of mannose (MN) levels across biological sample types including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatant, tissue lysates and breast milk. Detection is carried out by a competitive immunoassay with colorimetric readout, and the standard range is 1.56–100 ng/mL. Reactivity is listed as general/universal.

Mannose is a sugar molecule involved in cell communication, immune response and protein glycosylation, and altered mannose levels have been linked to metabolic disorders, autoimmune diseases and infections.
