LXB4 (Lipoxin B4) ELISA Kit

The protocol involves adding 50 µL of standard or sample followed by 50 µL of biotin-labeled antibody per well and incubating at 37°C for 45 minutes, washing, developing with TMB substrate, stopping the reaction, and reading absorbance at 450 nm on a microplate reader.
