Ku80/XRCC5 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate measurement of Ku80/XRCC5 levels in cell lysates, offering high sensitivity and specificity for reliable and reproducible results. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format with a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm and is configured in a microplate format. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of Ku80/XRCC5 in cultured cells, as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (i.e. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on Ku80/XRCC5.

A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values. Following the colorimetric measurement of HRP activity via substrate addition, the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method may be used to determine cell density, allowing absorbance values to be normalised to cell amounts. The kit is reactive with human samples and has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It should be stored at 4 °C with a stated stability of 6 months.
