Ku70/XRCC6 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA kit enables qualitative detection of Ku70/XRCC6 protein levels in cultured cells through an indirect ELISA format with a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. The lysate-free, high-throughput assay uses Ku70/XRCC6-specific primary antibodies paired with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, allowing researchers to measure relative protein amounts and to screen for the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on Ku70/XRCC6 expression.

The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is supplied for determining cell density so that plating differences can be adjusted.
