KSR Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the detection and quantification of intracellular kinases in cell lysates. The assay is lysate-free, high throughput, and uses an indirect ELISA format in which the target is captured by KSR-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step may be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.

The kit is reactive with human and mouse samples and is suitable for use with adherent cells. Detection is colorimetric, measured at 450 nm, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. The kit is supplied in a microplate format and is stored at 4 °C with a stated stability of 6 months.
