KLF11 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA kit enables the precise measurement of KLF11 levels in cell lysates and cell culture supernatants. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm in an indirect ELISA format, in which KLF11 is captured by specific primary antibodies and detected using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

The kit is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and supports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It is described as a convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive assay for determining the relative amounts of KLF11 in cultured cells, and for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on KLF11.
