Keratin 5 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of Keratin 5 levels in cell lysates and culture supernatants, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie offers a convenient, high-throughput and sensitive workflow. The assay is lysate-free and uses an indirect ELISA format in which Keratin 5 is captured by Keratin 5-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. The kit can be applied to measuring relative Keratin 5 amounts in cultured cells and to screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors or activators on Keratin 5 expression.

Reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and colorimetric detection at 450 nm.
