JNK1/2/3 (Phospho-Thr183+Tyr185)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides a qualitative, lysate-free, high-throughput method for detecting phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at Thr183 and Tyr185 in cultured adherent cells. The indirect ELISA format uses phospho-specific primary antibodies paired with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, and the resulting HRP-catalyzed colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition is read at 450 nm.

Reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, the kit supports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is suited to screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on JNK1/2/3 phosphorylation. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step enables additional correction for differences in cell density.
