JAK3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate detection of JAK3 protein levels in cultured cells, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a sensitive, lysate-free, high-throughput workflow. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which JAK3 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm. Because the readout is qualitative, two normalization strategies are provided: a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining to correct absorbance values for cell density.

JAK3 (Janus kinase 3) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase of the JAK family, predominantly expressed in immune cells, where it transduces signals through the common gamma chain of cytokine receptors and supports the JAK/STAT signaling pathway involved in immune response regulation and cell growth. Dysregulation of JAK3 has been associated with autoimmune diseases, certain cancers, and inflammatory disorders, making it an important research target.
