IRF3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed to detect IRF3, a transcription factor of the interferon regulatory factor family. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method measured at 450 nm in a 96-well microplate format and is reactive with human samples. The dynamic range is greater than 5000 cells, and the kit is stored at 4°C with a stated stability of 6 months.

The protocol is lysate-free and uses an indirect ELISA format: an IRF3-specific primary antibody captures the target, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody. Addition of substrate then drives a colour change via HRP activity. For data normalisation, a monoclonal anti-human GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided to assess cell density after the colorimetric read. The kit is intended for use with adherent cells.

Reagents provided include clear-bottom 96-well cell culture microplates, 10X TBS, quenching buffer, blocking buffer, 15X wash buffer, primary antibody diluent, anti-phospho target antibody, anti-target antibody, anti-GAPDH antibody, HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody, HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody, SDS solution, stop solution, ready-to-use substrate, crystal violet solution, and adhesive plate seals.
