IRF-3 (Phospho-Ser386)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables the fluorometric detection of IRF-3 phosphorylated at Serine 386 in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which the phospho-target is captured by specific primary antibodies, and Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies deliver the fluorometric read-out.

Described as lysate-free and high-throughput, the kit supports qualitative measurement of relative phosphorylated IRF-3 levels and the screening of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), and activators on IRF-3 phosphorylation. Normalisation is supported by an included anti-human GAPDH monoclonal antibody, used as an internal positive control, together with a separate antibody against the non-phosphorylated IRF-3 counterpart.

Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples. The stated dynamic range is greater than 5000 cells, and the kit is stored at 4 °C with a stability of 6 months. The target is IRF3 (Gene ID: 3661; UniProt ID: Q14653), and the kit is supplied in a 96-well microplate format.
