Ipilimumab (Yervoy®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s free-drug ELISA uses a colorimetric, sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to quantitatively determine ipilimumab (Yervoy®) in human serum and plasma. Standards or samples are incubated in microtiter wells coated with ipilimumab-specific reactant; after washing, an HRP-conjugated probe is added. Further incubation and washing precede TMB substrate development, and the resulting colour is proportional to the amount of ipilimumab in the sample or standard. Results can be determined directly from the standard curve.

The stated required volume is “10 µL,” total time is “70 min,” detection limit is “100 ng/mL,” and spike recovery is “85-115%.” Kit components include ready-to-use ipilimumab standards, high-level and low-level controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate and stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, a microtiter plate and adhesive foil. Measure optical density at “450/650 nm” within “30 min” after adding the stop solution.
