Infliximab (Remicade®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s colorimetric free-drug ELISA is designed for the quantitative determination of free Infliximab (Remicade®) in serum and plasma samples. It uses a solid-phase, sandwich-format enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay: standards and samples are incubated in wells coated with reactant for infliximab, an HRP-conjugated probe binds the captured infliximab, and chromogen-substrate colour development is proportional to the amount present. Results are determined from the standard curve, with optical density read at 450/650 nm.

The stated detection limit is 100 ng/mL, with spike recovery of 85-115%. Kit components include a reactant-coated microtiter plate, infliximab standards, high- and low-level controls, assay buffer, HRP-conjugated probe, TMB substrate and stop solutions, wash buffer and adhesive foil.
