IL-2Rbeta (Phospho-Tyr364)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie comes a cell-based ELISA kit designed for the analysis of IL-2Rbeta phosphorylation at Tyr364 in cultured cells. The kit provides a lysate-free, high-throughput format that uses an indirect ELISA approach: IL-2Rbeta (Phospho-Tyr364) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody to catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. The dynamic range is "> 5000 Cells", and detection is performed colorimetrically at 450 nm. Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples, with adherent cells as the sample type.

The kit includes a monoclonal GAPDH antibody to serve as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, as well as a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step that can be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
