IL-10Ralpha (Phospho-Tyr496)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of IL-10Ralpha phosphorylation at Tyr496 in cultured cells. It uses an indirect ELISA format in which phospho-specific primary antibodies capture IL-10Ralpha (Phospho-Tyr496) and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition, read at 450 nm.

The assay is lysate-free and high-throughput, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and reactivity reported for human samples. It is intended for adherent cells and supports screening of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, and activators for their effects on IL-10Ralpha phosphorylation. Two normalization approaches are included: a monoclonal anti-human GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining to correct absorbance values for cell density differences across wells.

Configured in a microplate format, the kit supports research into IL-10Ralpha signaling, where phosphorylation at Tyr496 is implicated in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation.
