IKZF4 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

The IKZF4 assay from Assay Genie is a DNA-binding ELISA that captures the active, DNA-bound fraction of the Eos transcription factor from nuclear and cell lysates. IKZF4 (Eos) is a member of the Ikaros zinc finger protein family studied in the context of regulatory T cell development, lymphoid lineage commitment, and immune tolerance regulation. Wells of the microplate are pre-coated with an oligonucleotide containing the IKZF consensus binding site; the transcription factor present in the nuclear extract binds, and bound factor is detected with a specific antibody and colorimetric readout.
