IKK-alpha/beta Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the detection and analysis of IKK Alpha/Beta in cell lysates and tissue extracts. The kit targets IKK-alpha/beta and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and detection at 450 nm.

This lysate-free, high-throughput In-Cell ELISA uses an indirect format in which IKK-alpha/beta-specific primary antibodies are captured and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step may be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. The kit is supplied in a 96-Well Microplate format with storage at 4°C for 6 Months.

IKK Alpha/Beta are key regulators of the NF-kB pathway and are essential for cellular responses to inflammation, stress, and immune signaling; their dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune conditions.
