Human ZNT-1/SLC30A1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human ZNT-1/SLC30A1, a zinc transporter protein involved in cellular zinc homeostasis. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use, supporting studies into zinc metabolism and the role of zinc dysregulation in conditions such as diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, and immune disorders.

The kit has a stated detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL. It is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 85–104% at 1:2, 87–99% at 1:4 and 85–95% at 1:8, with EDTA plasma (n=5) at 88–96%, 82–93% and 83–98%, and heparin plasma (n=5) at 81–96%, 85–95% and 85–97%. Recovery ranges are 90–101% for serum (average 96%), 89–105% for EDTA plasma (average 96%) and 85–104% for heparin plasma (average 94%). The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
