Human ZNHIT1 ELISA Kit (HUFI05508)

The Assay Genie ZNHIT1 immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of the Zinc Finger HIT-type domain-containing protein 1 from human research specimens. ZNHIT1 functions as a chromatin-remodeling subunit within the SRCAP complex, mediating H2A.Z histone variant exchange at target promoters and influencing transcription factor occupancy. Investigators studying epigenetic regulation, nucleosome remodeling, and transcription-coupled signaling apply this kit to correlate ZNHIT1 levels with disease states including hepatocellular carcinoma and other proliferative disorders.

Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Standard curves are generated from a serial dilution of recombinant ZNHIT1, allowing interpolation of unknown concentrations. The assay is intended for research use only and should be stored at 4 degrees C; reagents remain stable through multiple freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. Replicate measurements using 100 uL of sample per well are recommended to control for intra-assay variation.
