Human ZNF846 ELISA Kit (HUFI05507)

ZNF846 is a Krü00fcppel-type C2H2 zinc finger protein encoded on human chromosome 19. This Assay Genie kit uses a human-specific capture antibody pair to quantify ZNF846 in serum and plasma samples, with no significant cross-reactivity observed for related zinc finger proteins. The kit is supplied as a microplate with pre-coated wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and TMB substrate. A standard curve is generated from the supplied calibrators, and 100 µL of diluted sample is added per well.
