Human ZNF746 ( Zinc finger Protein 746) ELISA Kit (HUFI05516)

The Assay Genie human ZNF746 ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of PARIS (Parkin-Interacting Substrate), a zinc finger transcriptional repressor implicated in mitochondrial dysfunction and Parkinson's disease pathology through suppression of PGC-1α. The colorimetric microplate assay accepts serum or plasma specimens and is calibrated for research use only in neurodegenerative disease studies.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standard, and wash buffer sufficient for 96 Assays. Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well, with sensitivity below 0.1 ng/mL and a working detection range spanning physiological and pathological PARIS concentrations. Store all reagents refrigerated at 4 °C; the reconstituted standard should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity.
