The Human ZNF597 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only and enables quantitative measurement of Zinc Finger Protein 597 in human specimens with a human-specific capture antibody. ZNF597, encoded at chromosomal locus 16p13.13, belongs to the KRAB-ZNF family of C2H2-type zinc finger proteins that mediate sequence-specific DNA binding and transcriptional regulation.

The capture-and-detection antibody pair is supplied pre-titrated, along with a standard curve generated from recombinant ZNF597 protein, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and wash buffer sufficient for one microplate.
