Human ZNF470 ELISA Kit (HUFI05545)

The Assay Genie ZNF470 ELISA kit is configured for quantitative measurement of human ZNF470 protein in laboratory research samples. ZNF470 is a Krüppel-type C2H2 zinc finger transcription factor encoded within the 19q13 region of chromosome 19; the protein contains multiple tandem zinc finger motifs that mediate sequence-specific DNA binding at GC-rich regulatory elements. Members of the KRAB-ZNF family have been investigated in studies of embryonic development, cell lineage commitment, and tumour suppressor pathways, and quantitative ELISA measurement supports expression profiling across cell and tissue lysates. The kit is supplied as a complete microplate-based assay with pre-coated plate strips, a biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, wash buffer, and substrate solution, and is intended for research use only. Unused strips should be stored desiccated in the resealed foil pouch, protected from light, at the recommended storage temperature until the kit expiry.
