The Assay Genie Human ZNF443 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of endogenous Zinc Finger Protein 443 in human serum and plasma specimens. ZNF443 is a KRAB-zinc finger transcription factor encoded on chromosome 19p13.2 that binds DNA through tandem C2H2 motifs and modulates target gene expression. The kit ships with a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection reagent, recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, and substrate, providing enough reagents for one full plate of 96 determinations. A human-specific capture antibody supports selective binding with no significant cross-reactivity against closely related KRAB-zinc finger paralogs. Reconstituted standards and undiluted samples should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation, while the working streptavidin-HRP conjugate is kept refrigerated and protected from light until use.
