Human ZNF419 ELISA Kit (HUFI05537)

The Assay Genie Human ZNF419 ELISA Kit is a quantitative double-antibody immunoassay for measuring Zinc Finger Protein 419, a KRAB-domain zinc finger transcription factor implicated in chromatin-mediated gene regulation. The pre-coated 96 Assays microplate uses a human-specific capture antibody paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate to generate a colorimetric signal, with target concentration interpolated from a recombinant protein standard curve.

Validated for human serum and heparin plasma samples, the assay shows no significant cross-reactivity with related zinc finger proteins. Each kit contains a strip-well microplate, lyophilized recombinant ZNF419 standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP working solution, wash buffer concentrate, chromogenic substrate, stop reagent, and adhesive plate sealers sufficient for a complete plate run.

Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well, and unused strip wells should be returned to the resealable foil pouch with desiccant. Reconstituted standards and diluted detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw degradation. Bring all reagents to room temperature before starting the protocol.
