Human ZNF397 ELISA Kit (HUFI05557)

The Human ZNF397 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of human Zinc Finger Protein 397 (ZNF397), also known as ZSCAN21, a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor encoded on chromosome 18q12.1. The ZNF397 protein contains KRAB and SCAN repressor domains that mediate sequence-specific DNA binding and transcriptional regulation, and it has been investigated in studies of breast carcinoma, prostate cancer progression, and embryonic stem cell maintenance.

The kit is configured for research use only and supports quantitative profiling of ZNF397 protein concentrations in human serum biospecimens and EDTA-plasma samples. A sample volume of 100 µL is recommended per well, and the reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw exposure. Substrate reagents should be protected from light, and the pre-coated plate should be kept refrigerated until use.
