Human ZNF346 ELISA Kit (HUFI05550)

This Assay Genie kit quantitatively detects ZNF346, a zinc finger RNA-binding protein (also called JAZ) encoded on chromosome 5q35 that participates in cell proliferation, apoptosis regulation, and alternative splicing. ZNF346 expression has been investigated in hepatocellular carcinoma and other malignancies, so this assay supports studies of RNA-binding protein biology in cancer cell lines and primary tissue samples. The kit includes a capture-antibody-coated microplate, recombinant standards, detection antibody, and buffer diluents sufficient to run a full standard curve alongside unknown samples.
