The Human ZNF326 ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantify zinc finger protein 326 in experimental samples. ZNF326 is a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor that participates in RNA polymerase II-driven gene expression and interacts with components of the MLL histone methyltransferase complex. Published studies link altered ZNF326 levels to breast cancer cell proliferation, mammary epithelial differentiation, and oncogenic signaling pathways.
