Human ZNF266 ELISA Kit (HUFI08279)

The Human ZNF266 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Zinc Finger Protein 266, a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor that contains a KRAB repression domain followed by tandem zinc finger motifs mediating sequence-specific DNA binding. ZNF266 has been studied in the context of cellular differentiation, embryonic stem cell biology, and dysregulated expression in certain leukemia and carcinoma cell lines.

This in vitro immunoassay is supplied as a complete kit with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated recombinant standards, and wash and substrate buffers. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation, and the sealed microplate should be protected from light and refrigerated when not in use. The assay is intended for research use only and supports investigations of transcriptional regulation, chromatin-associated protein signaling, and biomarker discovery in human cell and tissue lysates.
