Human Zinc finger protein SNAI2 (SNAI2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables precise measurement of human Zinc finger protein SNAI2, also referred to as SNAIL2, SLUG, SLUGH, or Neural crest transcription factor Slug. It is specific for natural and recombinant human SNAI2 (UniProt O43623), a C2H2-type zinc finger transcriptional repressor involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transition, neural crest cell development and cancer progression. The product is intended for research use only.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, the assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Linear dilution behaviour has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and recovery data are supplied with the kit.

The kit supports research within neurosciences and broader investigations of SNAI2 biology, including tumour metastasis and biomarker discovery.
