Human Zinc finger protein 335 (ZNF335) ELISA Kit

The assay is designed for use with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. ZNF335 is also known by the synonyms NRC-interacting factor 1 and NIF-1 (Uniprot Q9H4Z2).

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit offers a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/mL. Reported precision is 5.2% intra-assay (Intra CV) and 9.8% inter-assay (Inter CV). Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery testing indicates averages of 99% in serum (range 93-105%) and 101% in plasma (range 95-107%). The kit is intended for research use only and specifically recognises natural and recombinant human ZNF335.

ZNF335 is a probable transcriptional regulator of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, localised in the nucleus. It functions as a component or associated component of histone methyltransferase complexes, may regulate transcription through recruitment of those complexes on gene promoters, and enhances ligand-dependent transcriptional activation by nuclear hormone receptors. The protein also plays an important role in neural progenitor cell proliferation and self-renewal.
