Human Zinc finger homeobox protein 3 (ZFHX3) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Zinc finger homeobox protein 3 (ZFHX3) in serum and plasma samples (C0). Also referred to as AT motif-binding factor 1, AT-binding transcription factor 1, Alpha-fetoprotein enhancer-binding protein, Zinc finger homeodomain protein 3, ZFH-3 and ATBF1, ZFHX3 is a transcription factor that regulates gene expression in processes such as cell differentiation and development (S1).

Performance characteristics supplied for the kit include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 32pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.7% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9% (S1). The assay shows linearity of 96-105%, 87-97%, 80-90% and 91-101% across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions of serum respectively, with EDTA plasma and heparin plasma also evaluated in the manufacturer's linearity data (S1). Reported recovery is 90% (range 84-96%) for serum and 92% (range 86-98%) for plasma (S1).

The kit detects natural and recombinant human ZFHX3 (UniProt Q15911) and is intended for research use only, with the research focus noted as cancer (S1). Reactivity is stated for human samples, and additional compatible sample types listed by the manufacturer include tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids (S1).
