Human Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 2 (ZEB2) ELISA Kit

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, sensitivity of 0.17ng/mL, Intra CV of 6.9%, and Inter CV of 8.8%. Linearity was validated across dilution factors (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16) in serum (88-103%), EDTA plasma (80-113%), and heparin plasma (89-114%). Recovery averaged 103% in serum (range 97-109%) and 105% in plasma (range 99-111%). The kit specifically detects natural and recombinant human ZEB2.

ZEB2 is a nuclear transcription factor and transcriptional inhibitor that binds to the DNA sequence 5'-CACCT-3' in different promoters, repressing transcription of E-cadherin. It plays a key role in regulating epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and is implicated in cancer metastasis and progression. The target is also known by synonyms including Smad-interacting protein 1, SIP1, ZFHX1B, SMADIP1, and ZFX1B. This kit is for research use only.
