Human Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 3 (ZBTB3) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate quantification of human Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 3 (ZBTB3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit detects natural and recombinant human ZBTB3 with a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 42.4 pg/mL.

Performance characteristics include an intra-assay CV of 6.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity has been evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with serum ranging from 86 to 104%, EDTA plasma ranging from 96 to 123%, and heparin plasma ranging from 84 to 116%. Recovery averages 104% for serum (range 98-110%) and 106% for plasma (range 100-112%).

ZBTB3 is a C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factor (UniProt Q9H5J0) localised to the nucleus and may be involved in transcriptional regulation, with dysregulation implicated in cancer and neurological disorders. The kit is intended for research use only.
