Human ZG16B/Zymogen granule protein 16 homolog B ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Zymogen Granule Protein 16 Homolog B (ZG16B). The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich configuration with colorimetric detection and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It is intended for research applications involving ZG16B, a protein implicated in protein trafficking and secretion, and of interest in studies of conditions such as diabetes and inflammatory disorders.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was demonstrated in serum (87-104%, 82-98%, 81-100%), EDTA plasma (85-100%, 85-97%, 83-100%), and heparin plasma (91-103%, 94-99%, 80-100%). Recovery ranges for serum (85-98%, average 90%), EDTA plasma (93-105%, average 98%), and heparin plasma (86-103%, average 98%) are also provided. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
