Human ZFHX3 ELISA Kit

The double-antibody format uses a colorimetric readout, with absorbance measured at 450 nm, and reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. ZFHX3, also known as ATBF1, is a zinc finger homeobox transcription factor that plays a role in regulating gene expression and cellular processes.

Linearity has been established in serum (86-101% at 1:2, 90-98% at 1:4, 80-93% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (89-105%, 82-101%, 80-99%) and heparin plasma (89-100%, 84-100%, 84-100%), with average spike-recoveries of 92% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 98% for heparin plasma. The protocol proceeds through a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody step and a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step, followed by TMB development and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
