Description

A sandwich double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the quantitative measurement of ZFAND6 (AN1-type zinc finger 6) in human samples, supplied by Assay Genie. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric detection workflow. ZFAND6 is a member of the AN1-type zinc finger family; its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and autoimmune disorders.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.938 mIU/mL and a working range of 1.563-100 mIU/mL. The protocol follows six steps: reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months. The associated UniProt entry is Q6FIF0 and the research area is cell death. Listed synonyms include AN1-type zinc finger protein 6, HT032, AWP1, ZA20D3, Associated with PRK1 protein, and Zinc finger A20 domain-containing protein 3.

Validation data show linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum (90-101%, 86-105%, 89-104%), EDTA plasma (85-100%, 86-101%, 85-99%), and heparin plasma (86-94%, 84-98%, 82-97%). Recovery ranges were 94-104% (average 98%) for serum, 90-103% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-103% (average 96%) for heparin plasma.
