The Human ZER1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of Zer-1 homolog (Zyg11b-like), a substrate adaptor for the CUL2-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complex involved in cell cycle regulation and protein turnover. The immunoassay is supplied as a complete kit with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, and chromogenic substrate reagents. Each well uses 100 uL of liquid specimen, supporting research into neural development, embryonic patterning, and Cullin-based ligase biology.
