Assay Genie's ZCRB1 immunoassay enables quantitative detection of the zinc finger CCHC-type and RNA recognition motif-containing protein 1, a nuclear component of the U11/U12 minor spliceosome involved in pre-mRNA processing of U12-type introns. ZCRB1 expression has been characterized in spliceosome-related studies, and quantitative measurement of protein levels aids investigations of U12-dependent splicing regulation.
