Human ZBTB33 (Transcriptional regulator Kaiso) ELISA KIT (HUFI04791)

The Kaiso protein (ZBTB33) is a POZ-domain zinc finger transcriptional regulator that recognizes methylated CpG dinucleotides, recruits the NCoR/SMRT corepressor complex, and modulates Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Aberrant Kaiso expression is documented in colon, breast, and prostate cancer research, where quantitative measurement supports studies of DNA methylation biology, tumor progression, and transcriptional repression.

This 96-position plate-based kit from Assay Genie uses a two-site immunoassay format with a colorimetric substrate readout to quantify human Kaiso in research samples. It has been validated on serum-derived and plasma-derived sample matrices, supporting translational and biomarker discovery workflows. Typical run time is approximately 3 to 4 hours from sample addition to final absorbance read.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized recombinant Kaiso standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution.
