ZBTB25 (Zinc finger and BTB domain containing 25), also known as ZNF461 or KUP, is a BTB/POZ-domain transcription factor that functions as a transcriptional repressor in KRAB-zinc finger protein complexes and has been implicated in immune cell regulation and lymphoid tissue development. The Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of ZBTB25 protein in human samples using a microplate-based format with spectrophotometric readout, supporting research into transcription factor expression patterns. The assay is intended for laboratory studies investigating autoimmune disorders, lymphocyte signaling pathways, and cancer biology research, and is for research use only. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, recombinant standards, a detection antibody, buffered diluents, and reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
