Human ZBED3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of ZBED3 (Zinc finger BED domain-containing protein 3, also known as Axin-interacting protein) in human samples. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

Spiking linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma falls between 81% and 103% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions (n=5 per matrix). Recovery across the same sample types ranges from 86% to 105% with average recoveries of 94% (serum), 97% (EDTA plasma), and 99% (heparin plasma). The research area is metabolism; ZBED3 is described as a protein involved in regulating gene expression and cell proliferation, with relevance to studies of cancer, metabolic disorders, and inflammation. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
