Human ZAG PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0182)

The Human ZAG PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of zinc-alpha-2-glycoprotein (AZGP1), a 41 kDa adipokine implicated in lipid mobilization, cancer cachexia, prostate tumor biology, and metabolic disorders. The competitive immunoassay format is run on a pre-coated microplate with calibrated standards alongside serum or cell culture supernatant samples.

Each well requires a 50 uL sample volume, with biotinylated ZAG tracer and streptavidin-HRP reagents supplied in sufficient quantity for 96 determinations.

All components are shipped refrigerated and should be stored at 4 degrees C until first use, with reconstituted standards and detection antibody aliquoted and frozen to preserve activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only, not intended for diagnostic procedures.
