The YTHDF2 protein (YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein F2) is an m6A reader that shuttles target transcripts toward cytoplasmic degradation via the CCR4-NOT deadenylase complex, and changes in its expression are studied in m6A epitranscriptomics, hematopoietic lineage commitment, stem cell self-renewal, and oncogenic signaling pathways.

Each Assay Genie microplate kit contains a pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, wash buffer, and substrate sufficient for 96 Assays. The capture antibody is raised against the human target, with no significant cross-reactivity reported for rat or mouse YTHDF2 orthologues under standard conditions.
