Human YTHDC1 ELISA Kit (HUFI05608)

YTHDC1 is a nuclear reader of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modifications that governs pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA export, and chromatin-associated gene regulation. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative detection of endogenous human YTHDC1 in research samples using a plate-based protocol with a chromogenic substrate. Each kit contains a precoated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and substrate sufficient for 96 individual determinations. Recommended sample input is 100 uL per well, with a standard curve generated from serial dilutions of the supplied reference antigen.
