Human YOD1 ELISA Kit (HUFI05636)

The Assay Genie Human YOD1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of YOD1, a deubiquitinating enzyme of the ovarian tumor (OTU) family that cleaves ubiquitin chains. YOD1 functions in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD), p97/VCP-mediated protein quality control, and TGF-β signaling, and altered expression has been investigated in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and immune regulation studies.

Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated capture antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant YOD1 standards, wash buffer, and substrate solution, along with a detailed protocol sheet. Plan for 100 µL of sample per well, and note that the reagents are intended for research use only. Shipped on cold packs, the kit components should be stored refrigerated upon arrival; reconstituted standards and antibody vials remain stable when frozen at -20 °C for repeated use across runs.
