Human Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Complementation Group G (XPG) ELISA Kit

The XPG protein, encoded by the ERCC5 (excision repair cross-complementation group 5) gene, is a structure-specific endonuclease essential for the 3' incision step of nucleotide excision repair (NER) in human cells. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of XPG levels in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological samples, supporting research into DNA damage response, photosensitivity disorders, and age-related cellular decline.
